Simon is passionate about the prospect of driving cultural change in corporate Australia. He sees that more innovative, empowering and collaborative cultures inside businesses will play a key role in driving towards social and environmental sustainability. "With the Baby Boomers beginning to retire, Gen X assuming the senior corporate roles, and Gen Y moving into the workforce en masse, we are seeing a value shift within Australia’s corporations. As a result, there is an increasing demand for the service that Catalyst offers." Simon specialises in addressing sustainability issues in the property industry and has witnessed considerable change in corporate culture around these areas. "As corporations evolve, they increasingly understand the impact of their environmental and social sustainability performance on their future vitality and even viability. I co-founded Catalyst because I think we can offer a lot to organisations on this journey through supporting their employees to explore these issues for themselves."
